MessageGate and our subsidiaries are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices with respect to information, including personal information, collected from visitors to the MessageGate website, made available at www.messagegate.com, and console.messagegate.com, chat.messagegate.com platform (collectively, the “MessageGate Services”) only. Unless otherwise set forth below (e.g., with regard to data transfer), this Privacy Policy does not apply to the information that we collect in our capacity as a service provider. Rather, the terms and conditions of a Subscription Services Agreement (or other master agreement that we entered with each such customer) applies to all such information.
