Authorization Groups
You can arrange the access and authorizations of the users you add to the MessageGate Chat panel in accordance with the structure of your business, and prevent problems that may arise due to unauthorized use.
To edit the authorizations of roles such as Admin, Agent and Department Manager, click on the tabs on the left side of the Chat Manager screen, click on authorizations > authorization groups.
Enter the permission management screen by clicking the edit button next to the role whose privileges you want to edit.
After editing the permissions, click the save button to complete the authorization process.
