Channels
You can view the channels you have connected via the MessageGate console screen and change the names and flows of these channels.
The first time you connect your channels from the console screen, the channels will be main flow by default. If you wish, you can update this main flow or create a new flow for the channel. Each message coming to the channel first falls into the main flow connected to the channel.
If you want to define a new flow for the channel, you must first create a new flow. Enter the channels tab on the left side of the Chat Manager screen.
Click the edit button opposite the channel you want to edit on the channel list.
Click flow and select the flow you want to assign to the channel from the drop-down list.
Click the update button to complete the process.
